Enrollment notifications
The notification form collects your email address, the service you’re interested in, and your consent date and notice version. We use these details to manage enrollment interest and contact you about opening membership. It does not create a paid subscription.
Member records
If you become a member, the private workspace holds your contact details, your own eligibility documents, application progress, billing-access records, and any personal codes recorded for your account. Personal documents and codes are not posted to community channels.
Where account connection is available, you separately authorize us to store encrypted sign-in details and browser sessions for your own account and use them for application support and personal-code tracking. Passwords and session cookies do not appear in member or staff lists or website analytics. You can disconnect an account in your workspace; this clears its stored sign-in details and stops queued access. You complete additional provider verification and terms directly.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the new website. Supabase provides its database, authentication, and private file storage. Whop provides membership checkout, billing, and the community. Information entered directly on Whop is also subject to Whop’s privacy policy.
Website analytics and your choices
We count anonymous website visits and membership, workspace, checkout, and community link clicks. These counts contain no names, emails, documents, credentials, or personal codes. A temporary browser-tab identifier is converted to a keyed fingerprint that changes daily; we do not store raw IP addresses or full referrer URLs in the website event database. Events older than 90 days are removed when capture resumes. You can turn these counts off using Privacy controls. We also respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track.
Optional Whop marketing analytics runs on public pages only after you opt in. It may use cookies and browser storage to attribute visits and a successfully saved enrollment request. We do not send contact details or payment events from this website to the pixel; Whop tracks its own checkout. You can decline or withdraw optional tracking in Privacy controls. Private member and staff pages are excluded.
Security and retention
Access to member records requires sign-in. Recorded personal codes are encrypted. The enrollment database does not store raw IP addresses; short-lived request fingerprints help limit repeated submissions. We keep enrollment details while managing the launch and remove them when you withdraw consent. Billing records may need to be retained to administer a membership.
Your requests
To withdraw enrollment consent, request a copy or correction, or ask us to delete your information, contact ZZ Deals through our Whop page. Do not post personal documents, passwords, or codes to the public group.
